Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and securely attach it to your package.

Ship the Gear

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and shoe boxes are included inside.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
